Information and Policy in Regards to The Store

As time moves on, these terms and conditions may change as we add more things for new listings or services. If they do, you will be notified if you have made a purchase with us.
Pricing and Vendor:
We do not store any of your credit card information at all. All our transactions are made through trusted and verified third-party payment systems like PayPal, Stripe, or Square.
When we have a price in the store for an item the prices are firm already.
Listings on the store are products mostly made by people within SunKoiWish. If we publish a product, made by a different company, it would state that.
Shipping and Tracking:
Most of the packing, shipping, and handling is done by us. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We prefer USPS or DHL.
Refunds and Replacements:
For digital goods and purchases, we do not offer any refunds. For physical goods, you will receive a full refund or a replacement (upon request) if you carefully document the item you got and describe what happened in a coherent manner. Cooperation is the key if you want to get a refund as quickly as possible. For services, the policies will be on the contract provided for which service you are signing a contract for.
When we have pre-orders we will let you know when the good is product ready. If you want to cancel a pre-order, it must be within a one-week time frame when you got it. If you want to receive a full refund on the actual product, you must pay a small inconvenience fee of 10% of the product you were buying.
Please allow 24-72 hours for us to respond to your emails. Responses may be delayed during holidays, or natural disasters, etc but we will get to you as soon as we can.
